Ras El Hekma

About

An emerging mega-development zone on the North Coast between roughly Km 178 and Km 220 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. Subject to a landmark UAE-backed investment agreement signed in 2024 that positions Ras El Hekma as Egypt's flagship Mediterranean master plan over the next decade, with major committed infrastructure, hospitality, and residential development. Expected to gradually rebalance the North Coast's luxury centre westward over time.
