Fouka Bay is an island-inspired coastal resort developed by Tatweer Misr on Ras El Hekma Bay, roughly 211 kilometers west of Alexandria on the North Coast. Spread across about 194 acres, the master plan dedicates roughly 80 percent of the land to lagoons, gardens, and open spaces, with a private sandy beach stretching around 800 meters. The community is arranged in low-density clusters, so many homes face either the sea or the crystal lagoons. Residents have access to eight swimming pools, a large crystal lagoon, beach and lagoon clubhouses, a commercial strip with restaurants and cafés, sports facilities, a spa, and three hotels that add a hospitality layer to the community. Walking and cycling paths connect the different zones, and 24-hour security and housekeeping services are part of the package. The architecture was conceived with Gianluca Peluffo & Partners, giving the resort a coherent Mediterranean character. Fouka Bay is intended as a year-round coastal destination rather than a seasonal summer escape.
