Sequoia is a coastal resort in Ras El Hekma, developed by Eden Development with a tropical-inspired concept that draws from Zanzibar and Cancún. The resort is built on a 9-acre plot at the 77 km mark of the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road, with only 14% of the land allocated to buildings, leaving the rest for water features, greenery, and amenities. The master plan includes a 4,000 sqm crystal lagoon, a 470-meter kayak track, waterfalls, and a swimmable lake. Units come as studios, chalets, apartments, hotel units, villas, and sky villas, with interiors by Mona Hussein Design House.
