LVLS is a beach resort in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, built by Mountain View around a simple idea: five elevation levels rising up to 45 meters above sea level so that nearly every home looks out over the water without obstruction. The project is divided into three distinct zones. Sea Mount is a gated villa community on the higher levels with a 600-meter beachfront and an infinity pool that blends into the horizon. Beach Top sits closer to the water with beach houses, lagoons, and a 2.5-kilometer sandy beach. Blu Ville is a Greek-inspired downtown area with shops, restaurants, and a small hotel run by Mountain View's Lighthouse wellness concept. A landscaped green spine called the Light Walk connects the three zones with walking paths, treehouses, and camping areas. The resort covers 201 acres, with 92 percent of the land left as open space, giving it a spacious, uncrowded feel along this stretch of the Mediterranean coast.
