Katameya Coast is a resort community built on a series of seven elevated platforms along the Mediterranean, designed to give every residence a clear, uninterrupted view of the sea. Spread across roughly 205 acres at Km 208 on the Alexandria–Matrouh Road, the project uses a cascading terrace system that rises about 35 meters above sea level, with a private beachfront stretching more than 715 meters.
