The C in Ras El Hekma is a low-density coastal resort developed by IL Cazar Developments, set on 114 feddans at Kilo 188 along the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. Only about 14% of the land is built up; the rest is given to swimmable lagoons, tropical islands, and wide green spaces. The master plan uses multi-level elevations so most units see the Mediterranean without obstruction. The resort includes a beachfront boutique hotel, a wellness center with a yoga deck, a beach club, restaurants, and a clubhouse. Units range from beach houses and townhouses to standalone villas, all delivered fully finished. The design prioritizes openness and privacy, aiming for a calm, resort-like atmosphere rather than a crowded compound. The developer, IL Cazar, has previous projects in New Cairo and the North Coast, including Creek Town and Safia.
