IL Cazar Developments, established in 2019, is the modern development arm of the Khozam Group, a family-run enterprise with roots in real estate valuation and consulting dating back to 1960. The brand quickly built a portfolio of projects across New Cairo, the North Coast, Heliopolis, and the New Administrative Capital. Their work includes VEA New Cairo, a low-density villa community in the 6th Settlement; Safia Ras El Hekma, a stepped coastal project designed by architect Raef Fahmi; and C North Coast, a resort-style village in Ras El Hekma. They have also delivered Creek Town in the First Settlement, The Crest in New Cairo, and Park Sight in the New Administrative Capital.
