Safia Ras El Hekma is a coastal resort developed by IL Cazar Developments, situated at Kilometer 186 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road in the Ras El Hekma area of the North Coast. Designed by Raef Fahmi Architects, the project spans 180 acres and features a stepped, terraced layout rising from the shoreline, which allows most residences to have unobstructed sea views. The resort offers a range of property types including standalone villas, twin villas, townhouses, duplexes, and chalets, set across a 750-meter sandy beachfront. The master plan allocates roughly 80% of the land to open green spaces, water features, and pathways, with the remaining 20% built up.
