Mountain View Ras El Hekma is a coastal resort on Egypt's North Coast, designed to evoke the atmosphere of the Greek islands. Spread across roughly 450 to 500 acres in Ras El Hekma, the resort is organized into themed phases named after Greek islands such as Paros, Rhodes, Santorini, Mykonos, and Crete. The architecture follows a distinct white-and-blue palette, with narrow pedestrian lanes and bougainvillea accents that reinforce the Cycladic character. A central feature is a large Crystal Lagoons lagoon for swimming, complemented by multiple swimming pools, a private beach, and a dedicated ladies' beach. The resort includes a commercial area called Agora, a clubhouse, a promenade, a kids' center, and a range of dining options. Developed by Mountain View (part of the Dar Al Mimar Group), the project reflects the developer's established approach to creating themed, amenity-rich residential communities across Egypt.
