About
Hacienda Ras El Hekma is Palm Hills Developments' largest coastal project to date, rising on a 4.8-kilometre stretch of beach widely regarded as one of the finest on the Mediterranean. Sprawling across 1,400 feddans at Kilometre 238 of the International Coastal Road, it is designed as a self-sustained coastal city, not a seasonal resort. The master plan, crafted by OBMI Architects, dedicates 86% of the land to green corridors, crystal lagoons, and open spaces, with only a 14% built footprint. This planning means that 95% of the units are positioned to have direct views of the sea, a lagoon, or landscaped gardens. The project is a collaboration between Palm Hills and UAE-based Miran Hills, and it includes three international hotels, a water park, a seafront amphitheatre, and the Palm Hills Sporting Club. Units are delivered fully finished with air conditioning and kitchen cabinets included.
