About
Naia Bay is a resort community in Ras El Hekma, developed by NAIA Developments, set on 112 acres along the North Coast. The project's master plan, by El Ghoneimi Architects, keeps most of the land as green space and water features, with buildings occupying only 15% of the site. A central feature is the 60,000 sqm Crystal Lagoon by Crystal Lagoons, designed to provide water views for most homes. The property mix includes standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets, and the distinctive floating townhouses that offer direct lagoon access. On-site amenities include a private beach, a beach club, multiple swimming pools, a gym managed by TWC, padel and tennis courts, a kids' zone, and a commercial hub. The project also includes a five-star Swissotel hotel with 230 rooms and a 30-room boutique hotel. The architecture takes inspiration from Greek design, with a focus on a low-density, walkable layout.
