About
Ogami is a 440-acre coastal resort in Ras El Hekma developed by SODIC, the company behind established North Coast addresses like Caesar and June. The project draws its design language from Japanese island serenity, filtered through a Mediterranean lens. Master-planned by DLR Group, Ogami keeps only 15% of its land built, with the rest given to an 800-metre beach, over 11 kilometres of swimmable lagoons, and extensive landscaping. At its heart sits the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences, anchoring a resort ecosystem that includes a beach town with retail and dining, a sports clubhouse, spa and wellness facilities, meditation zones, and children's play areas. The residential mix is weighted toward single-family homes — townhouses, twin houses, and villas — most of which face north for consistent light and cross-breezes. The result is a quiet, walkable coastal community where hospitality and everyday living blend into a single, unhurried rhythm.
