About
Caesar is a beachfront resort on the North Coast, developed by SODIC in Ras El Hekma. It sits on a naturally terraced site rising 28 meters above sea level in five tiers, so that most homes have clear views of the Mediterranean. The resort extends along more than 1.2 kilometers of shoreline on a sheltered bay, with a mix of villas, twin houses, and chalets. SODIC kept the building density low, leaving the majority of the 192-feddan site for landscaping, water features, and open space. The architecture is simple and clean, designed to let the northern breeze flow through the residences. On-site amenities include a beachfront clubhouse, a pier with walkways and a restaurant, the Green Spine with its outdoor gym, yoga area, BBQ zone, and children's playgrounds, plus a retail village, supermarket, and a mosque. The feel is meant to recall the unhurried seaside summers of Agamy and Montazah, with sandy paths and airy courtyards replacing the more commercial resort atmosphere found elsewhere on the coast.
