About
Jefaira is an integrated coastal town in Ras El Hekma, designed for year-round living rather than just a summer escape. Developed by Inertia Egypt, the project sits on a 1,300-feddan master plan with 3.6 kilometers of Mediterranean shoreline, making it one of the larger beachfront communities on the North Coast. The town is divided into distinct residential neighborhoods—The Furl, The Cribs, The Quayside, and Ayla—each with its own character and range of homes from studios and chalets to stand-alone villas. Amenities include a central park, clubhouses, sports facilities, a commercial area, and multiple beach zones with lagoons and swimming pools. The design emphasizes low-density living with landscaped gardens, pedestrian promenades, and sea-facing orientations. Jefaira was conceived as a self-sufficient community with medical facilities, educational zones, and hotels, supporting both short stays and permanent residency.
