El Masyaf is a coastal resort in Ras El Hekma, developed by M Squared, designed around a low-density, high-nature philosophy. The project spans 103 acres and features a 730-meter private beachfront with soft white sand and calm turquoise waters. A 45,000-square-meter crystal lagoon runs through the property, and the master plan uses staggered, naturally leveled terrain so that most homes have an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean.
