About
Gaia is a coastal resort in Ras El Hekma developed by Al Ahly Sabbour, the company behind Amwaj and The City of Odyssia. The project spans 280 acres and dedicates roughly 80% of its land to greenery and water features, including 45,000 square meters of swimmable lagoons and pools. Its master plan, designed by Chapman Taylor, mixes modern and contemporary Arabian styles to create an open, beach-oriented environment. The resort offers a private sandy beach, a hotel managed by KYND 01, a commercial strip with dining and retail, sports facilities, and a kids' area. Unit types range from chalets and duplexes to townhouses and standalone villas, many with sea or lagoon views. The location at Kilo 194 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road places it about 60 minutes from Alamein City and roughly 90 minutes from Alexandria.
