La Vista Ras El Hekma is a coastal community developed by La Vista Developments, situated on the Mediterranean at kilometer 205 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh road. The project spans roughly 310 feddans with over 1,100 meters of beachfront along Ras El Hekma Bay. Its design uses stepped topography so that more than 75% of units have direct or partial sea views.
