About
Azha North Coast is a large-scale beachfront resort in Ras El Hekma, spread across roughly 250 acres with only 12–14% built-up area. The rest is given over to 45 acres of crystal lagoons, landscaped gardens, and a 700-metre private beach. Designed by the international firm WATG, the resort is laid out as a series of villages—among them Alma, Diya, Vela, Lunas, and Ogma—offering chalets, twin houses, townhouses, and standalone villas. Units are delivered fully finished with air conditioning and kitchen cabinets. On-site amenities include a five-star hotel, a beach club, lagoon clubhouses, a 40,000 sqm retail and dining strip, sports courts, a spa, and water commuting via kayaks and water taxis. The project is developed by Madaar Developments, the company behind Azha Ain Sokhna and other resort communities across Egypt.
