Madaar Developments, established in 2015, has built a portfolio of four projects spanning coastal resorts in Ras El Hekma and Ain Sokhna to residential compounds in Sheikh Zayed. The developer is known for its Azha brand, which includes the Azha North Coast village in Ras El Hekma — a large-scale beachfront resort with low building density, crystal lagoons, and a private beach. Azha Ain Sokhna is a year-round Red Sea destination with delivered units and active occupancy. In West Cairo, the company has launched Kinz New Zayed and The Hillage Sheikh Zayed, both gated communities offering a mix of apartments, townhouses, and villas. Madaar’s approach centers on selecting strong locations and delivering fully finished units within integrated communities. With a land bank of approximately 1,200 feddans and over 1,700 units delivered to date, the company has established a tangible track record in the Egyptian market.
