Mountain View usually asks for more money up front than Palm Hills, and Palm Hills usually gives you longer to pay. Half of Mountain View's plans ask 10% or more in the first three months, against about a fifth of Palm Hills' plans. Palm Hills has four times as many plans that run past 10 years, and many of them add a larger payment every year.
Mountain View is also the wider of the two. It has more plans with nothing due in the first three months, and it is the only one with plans that ask 25% to 35% at signing. On price, apartments cost about the same in Mostakbal City. Mountain View has the cheaper apartments in Fifth Settlement and the cheaper typical apartment and villas in New Zayed. Palm Hills has the cheapest way into 6th of October and the cheapest chalet in Ras El Hekma.
All figures below come from the payment plans and prices on WiserChat on 20 October 2026. Prices and offers change often, so treat them as a snapshot.

Payment plans side by side
This counts 75 Mountain View plans across 12 projects and 101 Palm Hills plans across 17 projects. Only plans whose payments add up to the full price and that state their payments are included.

Mountain View's plans swing from one end to the other, sometimes inside the same project. At Grand Valleys, one plan asks nothing in the first three months and runs 8 years, and another asks 35% at signing and spreads the rest over 6 years. Four of Mountain View's eight plans with nothing due early are marked as offers, so ask whether one is still open before you plan around it.
The one Mountain View plan with yearly payments is at Aliva. It asks nothing at signing and 2% a month later, then adds 7.2% every year for nine years on top of the monthly installments, over 10 years. That is 64.8% of the price paid in yearly lumps. Before you compare two monthly figures, ask for the full schedule, including the yearly payments.
