Crysta North Coast is a gated, villa-focused resort community developed by Mountain View on the Sidi Abdel Rahman coastline at Kilo 120. The project spreads across 470 feddans and is built around two distinct experiences: Crysta Walk, an 85-feddan beachfront district inspired by the soft pastels of the Bahamas, and Crysta Islands, a 150-feddan lagoon-centric phase with five private islands and swimmable sandy lagoons.
