PX, a project by Palm Hills, occupies a high-altitude position within the Palm Hills October community in 6th of October City. This 370-acre development is defined by its elevated topography, which yields broad, multi-directional views that include the Pyramids of Giza. The master plan, designed by Chapman Taylor, keeps the building footprint low at around 17–20%, directing the balance of the land toward landscaped gardens and interconnected open spaces shaped by a geometric “Polygram” landscape spine.
