Hyde Park's plans are easy to compare because they barely change between projects. The thing to watch is the handover payment. One plan at Hyde Park New Cairo asks 10% at signing and 30% when you receive the home, with the other 60% paid over 4 years. Its three 12-year plans, at Garden Lakes, Hyde Park New Cairo and Sea Shore, ask 5% at signing.

A low start at Palm Hills often moves money into later years. Many of its longer plans add a payment of a few percent every year on top of the regular installments. Before you compare two monthly figures, ask for the full schedule, including any yearly or handover payments.
