About

LMD (Landmark Sabbour Development) was founded in 2007 by Eng. Ahmed Sabbour and Eng. Amr Sultan. It is part of the wider Sabbour family business but operates as a distinct entity from Al-Ahly Sabbour. The developer has built a portfolio of mixed-use, residential, commercial, and coastal projects across key Egyptian locations including New Cairo, New Zayed, Mostakbal City, and the North Coast. LMD has also expanded internationally with developments in the UAE, Spain, and Greece. Notable projects include the French-inspired villa community Layan in New Cairo, the fully-integrated gated community Being in 6th of October City, the commercial and administrative hub One Ninety Mall in New Cairo, and the coastal resort Zoya Ghazala Bay on the North Coast. LMD is known for delivering large-scale, amenity-rich communities that blend residential, retail, and recreational components, with a focus on green spaces and modern design.
