About
One Ninety is a large mixed-use development in New Cairo, positioned at the intersection of the Ring Road and 90th Street. Built by LMD (Landmark Sabbour Development), the project spans about 344,315 square meters and combines office spaces, retail, hotels, and residences. It includes the Business Quarter, a retail pavilion, the W Cairo Hotel and W Residences, an Aloft hotel, and an Urban Park spanning about 33,000 square meters. The design prioritizes walkability with pedestrian-friendly boulevards and a dedicated monorail station integrated into the site. The Business Quarter offers grade A office spaces spread across four interconnected parcels, with access to rooftop restaurants, showrooms, and a range of amenities like electric car charging stations and smart building systems. The Urban Park functions as the central green space, with jogging tracks, gardens, and an amphitheater. The project is also home to the first W Residences in Africa, operated by Marriott, offering hotel-style living within the development. One Ninety is close to Cairo Festival City, the American University in Cairo, and major roads connecting to Maadi, Heliopolis, and the New Administrative Capital.
