Three Sixty is a mixed-use commercial project from LMD, located in the Golden Square district of New Cairo on the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis. The project integrates retail shops, medical clinics, and office spaces across several low-rise buildings, with about 70 percent of the 55,203-square-meter site given over to landscaped areas and open space. A 271-meter-long pedestrian promenade runs through the development, linking the different zones. The master plan was designed by Gensler, with retail consulting by JLL, and the unit mix includes fashion, electronics, and home furnishing stores, plus F&B outlets, a cinema, a gym, and a supermarket. Medical facilities range from polyclinics to radiology centers and labs, while offices are housed in separate buildings with dedicated entrances and building management systems. The location provides direct access to the New Administrative Capital and the American University in Cairo.
