Nations of Sky is a newly established Egyptian developer, founded in 2024, that has quickly built a visible portfolio spanning New Cairo, West Cairo, the North Coast, and Sheraton. The company operates through a dual model—sometimes as a direct developer and sometimes as a development partner on strategic projects—which gives it a wider geographic footprint than many developers at the same age. Its most prominent project is Jirian, a large-scale waterfront city in New Zayed designed around a new Nile branch, with a reported master plan that allocates over 22% of the area to water features. Nations of Sky has also launched Zomra East in New Cairo's Golden Square and Perla on the North Coast. The developer has partnered with established consultants and contractors such as SIAC, Redcon, Concord, Moharram Bakhoum, and SWA.
