Perla North Coast is a 325-acre coastal resort in El Dabaa, developed by Nations of Sky. Located at Kilometre 173 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh coastal road, it sits about 10 minutes from Ras El Hekma and 20 minutes from El Alamein International Airport. The resort is designed with a low-density approach, allocating only about 12% of the land to buildings. It offers an 800-metre beachfront, over 30 acres of swimmable crystalline lagoons, and a mix of chalets, townhouses, villas, and mansions with Mediterranean-inspired architecture. Most units face the sea or the lagoons. Facilities include a clubhouse, sports courts, a kids' area, jogging and cycling tracks, and a waterfront promenade. The project is being built by contractors SIAC, Redcon, and Concord.
