The Waterway Branded Residence (WBR1) introduces a new residential concept in New Cairo: fully serviced apartments managed in partnership with an international hospitality operator. Located in the El Choueifat neighbourhood, behind the 5A Waterway mixed-use project, it sits close to 90th Street and the Ring Road, making for easy access across the city. The development consists of a single low-rise building with just three floors and around 150 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Residents get daily housekeeping, concierge service, a spa, heated indoor pools, a gym, and a social hub with dining options.
