The Polygon is a Class-A business park at the center of SODIC West in Sheikh Zayed, designed by the award-winning UK architecture firm WilkinsonEyre. It comprises 11 office buildings, including SODIC's own headquarters, arranged around a central green spine that connects the buildings. Launched in 2009, the complex is fully operational and houses tenants such as Juhayna, Commercial International Bank, and Trafco, with units that can be combined or divided from a 67 m² suite to a full 9,000 m² floor. On-site facilities include a retail mall, medical centre, restaurants, a supermarket, electric vehicle charging stations, and underground parking. The location places it within walking distance of Westown Hub, Allegria, and Forty West, with direct access to the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road. Developed by SODIC, the company behind Beverly Hills and other West Cairo communities, The Polygon functions as a functioning business address rather than a speculative project, letting buyers see the maintenance, lifts, security, and parking as they actually operate.
