Soma Coves sits on a sun-drenched peninsula within the established Soma Bay destination on Egypt's Red Sea coast, about 45 minutes from Hurghada International Airport. Developed by the Olayan Group, the project is arranged over roughly 130 feddans with only 15% built-up area, leaving the rest as open space. Its low-rise design is oriented toward the reef, so nearly every home — from apartments and chalets to standalone villas — has an open view of the sea. The master plan weaves curving walkways, terraced buildings, and cascading gardens into the natural slope of the land. Residents have access to the full Soma Bay infrastructure: a Gary Player–designed championship golf course, a marina, diving and kitesurfing centers, multiple hotels, a clubhouse, pools, and a beach club.
