About
Sofitel Oia Towers is a twin-tower project in the New Administrative Capital's Downtown area, developed by Edge Holding in partnership with Accor's Sofitel brand. The 30-storey towers rise 111 metres, housing hotel apartments, offices, clinics, and retail space. One tower is operated as a Sofitel hotel, while the commercial section is managed by Tivoli Dome under the Tivoli Village brand. The project sits in district R7 along the Green River, placing it near landmarks such as the Grand Mosque, the Cathedral, Al Masa Hotel, and the Government District, with direct access to the North Bin Zayed Axis and major ring roads. Yasser El Beltagy Architects handled the design, and SIAC carried out the construction. The towers include a rooftop Sky Lounge, swimming pools, a gym, landscaped water features, and 24-hour security. This mixed-use development integrates hospitality, business, and retail within a single vertical structure, positioning itself as a central destination in the city's emerging downtown.
