Edge Holding (إيدج القابضة للتنمية العمرانية) entered the Egyptian market in 2018 as an Egyptian-Saudi alliance between Al Borouj Misr and Al Mashariq, combining real estate development and infrastructure experience. The company concentrates its portfolio within the New Administrative Capital, where it has developed a mix of residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel-linked projects. Its known projects include OIA Compound in district R7, OIA Towers in Downtown, OIA Hub mall, and Sixty Business Park in the Financial District. The company works with recognized partners: Yasser El Beltagy Architects for design, SIAC for construction, and Accor for hotel operation under the Sofitel brand.
