About
Skyline is a mixed-use mega-project developed by Memaar Al Morshedy on the Katameya-Ain Sokhna Road in New Cairo, designed as a single integrated building that combines residential, commercial, and administrative functions. The project holds a Guinness World Record as the largest mixed-use building in the world, spanning a total built-up area of 1,262,000 m² on a 200,000 m² site. It offers a range of unit types including studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, and serviced homotel suites. A defining feature is the 120,000 m² Sky Park on the rooftop, with cycling and jogging tracks, an infinity pool, clubhouse, and sports courts. The Sky Walk level hosts 400 retail spaces, restaurants, and an IMAX cinema. Designed in collaboration with VDP Design Studio, Raef Fahmy Architects, and Hadid Design Studio, the building integrates smart systems for traffic, parking, security, and energy management. The location provides direct access to the Ring Road and is roughly 10 minutes from 90th Street and 14 minutes from Cairo International Airport.
