About
Marsa Baghush is a coastal resort in Sidi Heneish, developed by Shehab Mazhar—the architecture practice behind master plans for El Gouna and other Egyptian landmarks, now stepping into direct development for the first time. The project covers roughly 330 acres with a 550-meter beachfront and is built on a "less is more" philosophy: most of the land is given to botanical gardens, six crystal lagoons, and open space rather than buildings. The residential clusters—Plum Line, Vineyard, Lemon Bliss, Olive Grove, and Fig Cluster—each have their own character, from villas overlooking a horizon infinity pool to standalone chalets near the gardens. On-site amenities include a boutique hotel, beach restaurants and bars, a fitness platform, sports courts, a commercial strip, and kids' play areas. For buyers, the appeal lies in the low-density layout, the design pedigree of the developer, and a location that sits between the growing Ras El Hekma corridor and the established resorts of Sidi Heneish.
