Marina Hills Sokhna is a coastal resort developed by Orbit Developments, situated on the Red Sea coast at Kilometer 82 on the Zaafarana Road, directly across from Marina Wadi El Dom. The project covers 50 acres with a 600-meter sea frontage and a 120-meter sea sanctuary, yet only 18% of the land is built upon.
