Orbit Developments has been active in the Egyptian real estate market since 2000, building a track record focused on coastal and tourist destinations. The company is part of the larger Orbit Group, which also operates in construction, property management, hospitality, and tourism. This integrated structure gives Orbit a practical edge: it both develops and manages resorts, with a growing partnership with Gravity Hotels for hotel-led projects. Its portfolio includes around 3,000 residential and hotel units spread across the Red Sea coast, with notable projects in Hurghada, Ain Sokhna, and Sahl Hasheesh. Among its delivered projects are Samra Bay Resort, Ocean Breeze Resort, and Palm Beach Piazza, alongside newer commercial and mixed-use offerings like Al Sokhna Mall and the hotel-branded Marina Hills towers. The company is led by CEO Mohamed Khattab and continues to operate primarily along Egypt's coastline, with recent expansion into new desert cities as well.
