About
Kattameya Gate is a mixed-use development from Memaar Al Morshedy, built on a 43,700 m² site in New Cairo's Katameya district. The project sits at the entrance to the Ain Sokhna Road with direct access to the Ring Road, putting Maadi about five minutes away and Nasr City roughly ten. Designed by the Spanish firm VDP, the complex combines residential apartments and studios with a retail component of around 320 shops. The amenity set is broad: a clubhouse, swimming pools, a gym and spa, jogging and cycling tracks, children's play areas, artificial lakes, and landscaped gardens. There is also a cinema complex, underground parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV. Unit sizes in the brochure range from 47 m² to 156 m². The developer, Memaar Al Morshedy, has been active in the Egyptian market since 1983 and is behind other projects such as Skyline Katameya and Degla Landmark.
