Acasa Alma is a compact gated community in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement, developed by Dar Al Alamia Developments. The project spans 16 acres with a low-density layout of G+4 buildings—only about 230 units in total—leaving the majority of the land for landscaped gardens, water features, and open spaces. Apartments, duplexes, and townhouses are arranged so that most homes face the greenery rather than other buildings. The location places it close to the Middle Ring Road, South 90 Street, and the American University in Cairo, while the compound itself is designed as a self-contained environment with a clubhouse, sports facilities, jogging and cycling tracks, and a commercial area for daily errands.
