Dar Al Alamia

About

Dar Al Alamia Developments is an Egyptian real estate firm that started as a furniture manufacturer around 50 years ago, later expanding into construction and contracting before moving into property development. The company has delivered several residential projects in New Cairo under the 'Acasa' brand. Its known portfolio includes Acasa New Cairo, Acasa Mia New Cairo, and the more recent Acasa Alma in Sixth Settlement. Dar Al Alamia also has a track record of executing large-scale institutional and government contracts, including work on the new administrative capital. The developer is recognized for choosing strategic locations in growing districts of New Cairo and for planning its compounds with significant green space and a mix of apartment, duplex, and townhouse units. Buyers considering Dar Al Alamia should evaluate the specific project location, unit type, and density against their own needs, given the relatively small number of projects delivered to date.
