Modon Holding is the Abu Dhabi-based master developer behind Ras El Hekma, a sovereign smart city on Egypt's Mediterranean coast. Backed by a landmark partnership between the UAE's ADQ consortium and the Egyptian government, the project spans 170 million square meters (over 40,000 feddans) with a $35 billion initial foreign direct investment.
