Intelligence for a million lives: why WiserChat exists

WiserChat's vision: a million Egyptian families making the biggest decision of their lives with the whole property market in their hands, not pressure. What that means and how we are building it.

WiserChat exists for one reason: so that a million Egyptian families can make the biggest decision of their lives with real intelligence in their hands, not pressure. We call it "Intelligence for a Million Lives". It is written on our wall, and every decision about the product is measured against it.

This post explains what that sentence means in practice, and why we think it is worth building.

The biggest decision, made with the worst information

For most Egyptian families, buying a home is the largest amount of money they will ever commit. It is often a decade of income, and the payments run for years after the contract.

Yet the way people find out what to buy has barely changed. You ask one question on a Facebook ad and fifty calls follow. Each person quotes a different price for what sounds like the same home. Payment plans arrive as screenshots in WhatsApp, each written differently, and nobody lines them up for you.

The plans themselves are hard to compare even when you have them all. On 20 October 2026, WiserChat held 5,866 complete payment plans for projects with homes for sale. What they ask in the first three months ranges from nothing at all to the full price. The typical plan asks 10% and runs for 8 years, but 1,543 plans ask 5% or less and 1,086 ask 20% or more. A family looking at three projects can easily be looking at three very different ways of paying, without knowing it.

What "intelligence" means here

By intelligence we don't mean a clever chatbot. We mean three things a buyer has never had in one place.

The whole market, current. WiserChat holds more than 700 projects and more than 33,000 homes for sale from more than 260 developers, with their prices and payment plans, updated every night. A home that sold drops out.

Someone on your side who reads it for you. Wiser, the consultant inside WiserChat, looks up the projects you name, finds ones that match your budget and area, puts them side by side, and works out the sums with a calculator rather than guessing. Its rule is simple: never invent facts. It is realistic about sales material. When something is good, it says so, and when there is a downside that matters to you, it tells you.

Your pace, your language. You ask; it does not phone you. It answers in the language you write in, Egyptian Arabic, English or Franco-Arabic. At 3 a.m. in Dubai it is as awake as it is at noon in Cairo.

Why a million lives

A million is not a marketing number for us. We think it is roughly the scale at which the way Egypt buys homes changes. When enough buyers walk into a sales office already knowing the prices, the plans and the alternatives, the conversation in that office changes for everyone.

That is good for developers too. A buyer who has compared everything and still chose your project is the best buyer you can get. Connecting is always the buyer's choice. When you have settled on a home and want to talk to the developer, Wiser connects you with a named person from their team, and you get their WhatsApp number. Nothing reaches a developer unless you confirm.

Who is building it

WiserChat was started by two brothers from Cairo who lived and worked in Dubai, the US and the UK, and came back to build this for Egypt. We have seen how people abroad buy back home: in another timezone, trusting a voice note. We have seen how families here buy: on fear, forwarded messages and a friend's cousin. Neither is good enough for the largest purchase of a life.

The idea came from the moment everyone first used a modern AI assistant. Overnight, the way people get information changed: you ask and you get an answer. We asked which decision in Egypt most needed that, and the answer was buying a home.

What we will not do

  • We will not be another source of pressure. Wiser does not phone you; you ask it.
  • We will not make up a number to sound helpful.
  • We will not be against brokers or sales teams. The problem is missing information, not people. We want the buyer to finally have a side.

What it looks like today

You can try it now. Tell Wiser "I have 5 million and I want a two-bedroom in New Cairo" and it comes back with real projects, prices and plans you can compare. Every project has its own page, like Badya, and every area too, like Fifth Settlement, where 74 projects have apartments for sale. For a developer-by-developer view, see our comparison of SODIC and Palm Hills.

WiserChat is free for buyers. Ask Wiser about your own case: your budget, the area you want and how much you can pay up front.

Wiser is an AI agent. Verify before any decision.
