Zawaya Mall is a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and medical project developed by Arcom Developments, an Egyptian firm established in 2005. Located directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser axis in 6th of October City, the mall occupies a 6,100-square-meter site and is designed to serve the surrounding residential communities that have been established for over a decade. The project includes retail shops, office spaces, and medical clinics with unit areas starting from 17 square meters. The architectural design was developed in collaboration with Sabbour Consulting, and operational management is handled by KAD. The mall is positioned near landmarks such as Wadi Degla Club, Mall of Arabia, and several universities, placing it within a corridor of daily foot traffic and established residential demand.
