Walk of Cairo is a mixed-use destination in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, developed by Bonyan for Development and Trade. Spanning 116,000 square meters, it was designed by the award-winning architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) as an open-air pedestrian high street. With 1.6 kilometers of walkways, the project integrates retail, dining, entertainment, and office spaces across 198 outlets and 17 buildings. The project is anchored by a 41,000 square meter commercial area and 95,000 square meters of green and landscaped spaces. It is located along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road with direct access from SODIC WEST. Tenants include international and local brands across dining, fashion, and services, alongside entertainment venues such as the Museum of Illusions, Fly Trampoline, and Tails of Cairo. The project also hosts executive offices across three phases, offering a work environment connected to the high-street experience.
