Thru is a mixed-use commercial project by DAL Developments, located on Dahshur Road in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, opposite the Zayed 5 gate. The project spans 5.5 feddans with a 450-meter frontage and is designed by architect Raef Fahmy, whose organic approach—inspired by water carving through stone—gives the mall a fluid layout of winding paths, open plazas, and a central water spine. The low-rise buildings (ground plus two floors) keep the space open and well-ventilated. Thru combines retail, F&B, offices, and clinics, with unit sizes ranging from 26 to 94 square meters for offices and clinics, and 37 to 138 square meters for retail. The project prioritises pedestrian experience, with most of the land dedicated to plazas, greenery, and walkways rather than built-up area. Developed by DAL, a young company established in 2023, Thru is an early commercial entry in a fast-growing west Cairo corridor.
