About
The Icon Gardens is a low-density residential compound in the Fifth Settlement, developed by Style Home Developments, a company with over two decades of experience in the Egyptian market. The project is built on 13 acres and organized into 23 distinct clusters, with 80% of the land given over to green spaces, artificial lakes, and communal facilities—meaning the buildings occupy only a fraction of the site. Buildings rise ground plus five floors, keeping the skyline low and open. Car traffic is pushed to the perimeter, with underground parking serving each building, so the interior remains pedestrian-friendly. The compound includes a commercial strip called Iconic Plaza, a clubhouse, swimming pools, a gym, a spa, and a nursery. It sits on a branch off South 90th Street, directly opposite Hyde Park and roughly seven minutes from the American University in Cairo.
