The Gryd is a 26,000-square-meter mixed-use destination in New Cairo, developed by Upwyde Developments. Positioned directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, it sits close to the German University in Cairo and major thoroughfares like the Ring Road, making it well-connected for business and retail. The project comprises eight buildings—one medical and seven administrative—across ground and three upper floors, with units ranging from commercial shops to medical clinics and offices. Designed by Hafez Consultants, the architecture features double-glass curtain walls and open layouts that maximize natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. On-site amenities include a fitness center, an entertainment hub, landscaped roof terraces, a variety of cafes and restaurants, water features, and ample underground parking. The Gryd is conceived as a multi-experience hub where commercial, medical, and administrative activities converge in a thoughtfully planned environment.
