The Crown Extension is a 40-acre residential community on a hilltop within Palm Hills October, developed by Palm Hills Developments. It sits next to the original The Crown compound, benefiting from the established services around it rather than starting from scratch. The master plan emphasises open space: about 84% of the land is given to landscaping, water features, walking paths, jogging lanes and cycle tracks, with just 16% built up. The homes are a mix of family homes (with private gardens or roof terraces) and twin houses, all finished and arranged in clusters around green areas. Because it is inside the wider Palm Hills October master plan, residents are close to Golf Central, Crown Central, King's School, and the Palm Hills Sports Club, with the Ring Road and 26th of July Corridor a short drive away. The design aims for a calm, connected neighbourhood where daily life can happen largely within walking distance.
