The City Valley is a residential community developed by EG Master in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital. The project spans roughly 54 to 63 acres, with the majority of that area dedicated to landscaped gardens, water features, and open spaces rather than buildings. The design aims to balance urban convenience with a natural setting—hence the name 'City Valley.' Residents have access to a sports club, swimming pools, a kids' play area, jogging and cycling tracks, a gym, a commercial mall with restaurants and cafes, a medical clinic, and a cinema. Security is provided by CCTV surveillance. The compound also includes bike lanes and yoga spaces within its greenery. Unit types range from apartments to larger family homes, with layouts that prioritise views of the surrounding landscape.
