About
The Brooks is a residential compound in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement developed by PRE Group. The project is laid out on roughly 158 acres with a low-density footprint—only about 15% of the land is built up, leaving the rest for landscaping, lakes, and water features. The master plan was designed by Yasser El Beltagy of YBA Architects, and the compound is organized into five residential districts. A 4 km jogging and biking track weaves through the grounds, linking to a 12-acre sports club, a clubhouse, and a 5-acre commercial strip. The amenity set includes swimming pools, landscaped gardens, a kids' area, medical services, and underground parking. Its location near the Ring Road and 90th Street keeps major destinations like Maadi, Nasr City, and Cairo International Airport within reach. The Brooks is best understood as a nature-oriented community where water and greenery define the daily experience.
